SoftX IT Ltd. – Terms & Conditions

When a customer contacts SoftX IT Ltd. and expresses interest in our services, we send a proposal or quotation for the relevant service.

If the customer agrees to proceed based on the terms of the proposal, we then issue a Work Order Form. The customer is required to complete this form with their organization’s name, seal, and signature, and return it to our official email address, after which we commence service-related activities.

1. Payment & Maintenance Policy:

  • A 50% advance payment is required from the customer upon signing the Work Order.
  • Annual maintenance charges are specified for each service outlined in the proposal.
  • If the customer pays the maintenance charges, SoftX IT Ltd. assumes responsibility for the upkeep of the service.
  • For website maintenance, our efforts are primarily focused on restoring functionality in the event of a website breakdown.
  • In cases of hosting or hacking-related issues, we exert our utmost effort, acknowledging our limitations in such circumstances.

2. Website Development Policy:

  • It is mandatory to retain the “Developed by SoftX IT Ltd.” credit on the website. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the maintenance agreement.
  • For e-commerce websites, a maximum of 10 products will be uploaded, and all core functionalities will be developed.
  • For portfolio or news portal sites, a maximum of 10 pages will be designed. Additional pages will incur extra charges.

3. Confidentiality & Security:

  • SoftX IT Ltd. does not share any customer’s personal information, mobile number, email, or website-related data with any third party.
  • Upon project completion, it is the customer’s sole responsibility to change all critical passwords.

4. Support & Cooperation:

  • We provide support via email, WhatsApp, Skype, AnyDesk, or TeamViewer.
  • If necessary, we may request temporary access to the customer’s website to resolve issues.

5. Payment & Refund Policy:

  • The 50% advance payment received with the Work Order is non-refundable.
  • All services provided by SoftX IT Ltd. are digital, and as such, no refunds will be issued.
  • Should a customer cancel a project after issuing a Work Order and authorizing work commencement, SoftX IT Ltd. reserves the right to take legal action.

6. Design & Theme Usage Policy:

  • SoftX IT Ltd. utilizes various premium themes, plugins, and tools, which may in some cases result in design similarities with other websites.
  • Should a customer wish to add new features, a new Work Order and corresponding payment will be required.
  • SoftX IT Ltd. reserves the right to amend or add to these terms and conditions at any time.
